SYSTEMIC TESTING OF GRADES 3 AND 6

Dear Learners and Parents,

We hope that learners are diligently preparing for the systemic tests which will take place on Wednesday, 22 October 2014. Parents and guardians are expected to monitor AND assist in the revision of English and Mathematics. Learners should always remain positive and adopt an ATTITUDE OF STRIVING FOR EXCELLENCE.

We trust that everyone will do their best and enjoy the last few weeks of the academic year.

ATTITUDE: 1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5=100% success

Have you ever wondered what makes success? Is it luck? Hard work? Anything else? Who knows. There is a formula for success for all. 

 First, we assume that each letter of the alphabet represents a number. That is, A=1, B=2, C=3, D= 4, E=5, etc. In a survey that asks what the key of success is, there are six main answers. They are luck, money, knowledge, leadership, hard work and attitude.

When we add their ordinal number, we have the result. That is:
Luck = 12 + 21 + 3 + 11 = 47%
Money = 13 + 15 + 14 + 5 + 25 = 72%
Knowledge = 11 + 14 + 15 + 23 + 12 + 5 + 4 + 7 + 5 = 96%
Leadership = 12 + 5 + 1 + 4 + 5 + 18 + 19 + 8 + 9 + 16 = 97%
Hard work = 8 + 1 + 18 + 4 + 23 + 15 + 18 + 11 = 98%
 
And:

Attitude = 1 + 20 + 20 + 9 + 20 + 21 + 4 + 5 = 100%.
